Our main dining room is The Lemon Tree Restaurant. Ian Forrest who has been trained at the world famous Ballymaloe Cookery School along with head chef Paul O'Donnell specialise in the finest of local produce that are in season.

This is complimented by a wine list carefully selected by Michael O'Callaghan of Longueville House

The signature of the Blarney Castle Hotel is its main public bar known locally as "Johnny's" which kept unspoilt is an institution in the village. It is renowned for its excellent pints of Guinness, and local brews Beamish & Murphy's
